We're looking for a Customer Service Engineering Cadet to join us on a two-year training and development opportunity where you'll work with industry leaders to become a qualified Customer Service Engineer for Fuji Xerox. 

You'll learn how to provide benchmark levels of support on Fuji Xerox equipment and solutions to meet customers' needs and ensure continuance of customer loyalty.

You'll be responding to calls and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. You'll also work with Toolkit/Laptop/Vankit/Vehicle Maintenance and have administration responsibilities.

About You

  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Logical thinker
  • Current driving licence
  • NCEA Level 2 or above
  • Experience in networking / or electromechanical repair (preferred but not essential)
