We are looking for a vibrant and confident individual to join our team and manage the day to day Accounts Receivable functions.  You will support a variety of functions within the team which include cash flow management, responding to customer and supplier queries, general ledger reconciliations for the National Credit Manager and offering the 'go to' support to a busy team all over New Zealand.

 Key responsibilities

  • Processing functions relevant to Accounts Receivable duties
  • Communicating with any customers with overdue invoices
  • Working collaboratively with our internal Credit team
  • Identifying and posting remittance to customers accounts 

 We are looking for a candidate who has previously worked in an accounts receivable role and is looking for an opportunity to join a team of Credit professionals who work in a positive, collaborative environment. 

Successful Candidate

  • 2 - 3 years in a similar role
  • MS Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of reconciliation procedures
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great attitude and a true team player
