Our HR team is on the lookout for an  experienced HR Advisor to join our ranks. As the key point of HR contact for several of our departments across the New Zealand business, you'll be responsible for proactively supporting and delivering HR processes, projects and programmes. We are a collaborative team and are searching for someone who loves a challenge, and enjoys working with managers throughout the business to support the success of their teams.

You'll be involved in completing the company-wide salary survey on a bi-annual basis, making this a fabulous opportunity for a remuneration passionate HR professional to expand their experience.  We are looking for a true relationship builder, who will really partner with the business to deliver excellent outcomes for our people. There will be plenty of scope to make your mark and get involved with interesting and challenging initiatives.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previously worked in a similar HR role role
  • Have strong IR / ER experience
  • Have a passion for HR and setting high standards of service and quality
  • Are self-motivated and have amazing multi-tasking skills
  • An HR tertiary qualification would be beneficial
  • Excellent Excel & database skills
