The Role

The position of Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for taking ownership of a portfolio of clients and becoming the critical link between FXNZ and the Customer. You will become one of the key relationship holders with your client, meet with them regularly, identify opportunities to add value to a client's business and to improve existing services.

 

The outcome of this role will be to maintain a high level of customer loyalty and satisfaction with the result being a mutually beneficial long term relationship.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with clients to determine their present and future support needs, proposing suitable services, and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation
  • Acting as the main interface between the client and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is provided and continually seeking the opportunity to participate in clients' strategic business planning processes. Building long-term relationships with key clients
  • Build relationships with key employees within the clients' organisations
  • Create plans to address clients' business needs
  • Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
  • Help Account Director up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address clients' needs

 

Preferable Skill Set

  • Background in customer service or customer relationship management
  • 2 + years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a sales environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms

  • Professional and presentable
  • Well organised and good negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with relationship building skills
  • Ability to deal with clients at all levels
  • Appreciation of the value/importance of designated accounts, along with the ability to balance the needs of FXNZ and the client's organisation
  • Have confidence in your own ability but able ask for coaching and advice when required
  • Displays a confident and optimistic approach
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well with a team
