Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and day-to-day manage the Hamilton Branch and surrounding areas to achieve key business goals while supporting FXNZ's business strategy.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability and market share targets for the Waikato Region and surrounding areas through effective management and motivation
  • Develop and maintain regional sales forecasts and submits same to the head of provincial of Sales monthly. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly for the sales organizations/regions assigned.
  • End of Month and end of Quarter Focus on business installs and actions taken to remove barriers and achieve results required against outstanding orders.
  • Manage and maintain the Equipment unit plan for Waikato forecast vs. actual install
  • Involved with closing the sale, writing orders, understanding, and communicating the value of all products to overall business profitability.
  • Build, improve and maintain strong customer relationships, providing customer service and communication.
  • Will lead and manage the sales team using SFDC as key forecasting tool.
  • Prepare, develop, and analyse sales forecasts.
  • Develop and Train sales team on selling strategies
  • Be involved in joint sales calls with distributor partners
  • Territory Management, Retain/Upgrade MIF and Securing new business
  • Leading the team by example following People Manager Competencies and by reflecting FXNZ Values

Successful Candidate: 

  • You will be a highly-energetic, driven, commercially astute Sales professional who is driven by results.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • 5 plus years of sale and business development.
  • Regional sales experience.
  • Experience in the print or related industry.
